Adv. Yoram Lichtenstein, founder and managing partner, joined the Israeli Bar in 1994. He holds both LLB and LLM degrees in commercial law from the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law. Current Expertise Our firm focuses on commercial law and litigation along with a unique and valuable expertise in Internet law and Intellectual Property law, mainly in Adv. Professional Experience After joining the Israeli Bar, Adv. Lichtenstein practiced law for a couple of years at Bachar-Prezenty law firm, where he specialized in business and commercial law and intellectual property law (including litigation and contracts, copyright issues and varied commercial litigation). Adv. Lichtenstein continued to gain professional experience at Fischer, Bechar, Chen, Well, Orion & Co, working directly with senior partners Avi Fischer and Robi Bechar. He led and coordinated the commercial litigation department at the firm, personally handled complex commercial and intellectual property litigation, agreements and negotiations, and served as the direct counsel to several corporations (both large and medium sized) on various commercial issues. After several years as a senior associate Adv. Lichtenstein resigned from Fischer, Bechar, Chen, Well, Orion & Co. in 2002 to establish his own firm. Professional Education Adv. Lichtenstein had been an assistant lecturer for several years in the Contracts Law course at Adv. Lichtenstein served as an assistant to Profs. Friedman and Cohen in their joint publications "Contracts" (Vols. I and II). Adv. Lichtenstein is a certified notary; is a member of ISOC-IL (Israel Internet Association) and ILA (The Israeli Information Technology Association) and has been a member of the Israeli Bar Disciplinary (Ethics) Court, Tel Aviv district.
